THOMAS J. MOLICA, JR., born Pompton Plains, New Jersey, August
11, 1974. Education: Villanova University (B.A. cum laude, 1996); Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 2000) (Phi Alpha Delta). Admitted as a Member of the New Jersey Bar in 2000; admitted as a member to the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2000. Mr. Molica served as law clerk to the Honorable Reginald Stanton, Assignment Judge for the Morris/Sussex vicinage, from September 2000 through August 2001.
Mr. Molica focuses primarily on land use, real estate and municipal matters. He represents private clients seeking municipal land use development approvals before local Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment, and has appeared as Board attorney for various local Boards that the firm represents. Mr. Molica also has significant experience in the litigation of land use matters and residential and commercial real estate tax appeals. A substantial part of Mr. Molica’s practice is devoted to residential and commercial real estate transactions and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Molica has also provided transactional representation to a variety of corporate clients.
Mr. Molica is a Member of the Morris County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
